I was strung along by another lender and the day of closing, I was told that I was not approved. My Realtor Joshua Dean asked me to contact the Phalen Mortgage Group to see if there was anything that they could do. I spoke with Jon Altizer and he was able to guide me thru my options and the proper documentation that I would need to provide. Phalen Mortgage Group came thru with my financing and I am closing on the home that, after the first lender, I didn’t think I could buy.

The Phalen Mortgage Group made the mortgage process very smooth and took a lot of the stress out of buying a house! We wish the buyers of our home had used them too… on a Friday afternoon we had to wait to get the keys to the new house because their lender still hadn’t sent the money to the title company for our sale.
